

What is a CMA?
CMA stands for 'Competitive Market Analysis', and is the process of comparing the most current, closest, and similar homes that are Active, and homes that have recently Sold in today's Real Estate Market to the subject home (in this case, your home). This will give you an idea of what your home may sell for in today's market.
CMA's are not appraisals, and should not be used as such. When comparing other homes to yours, there are many things to take into consideration, ie: year built, square footage, neighborhood, condition, bedrooms, bathrooms, lot size, view, frontage, upgrades, floor plans, and the list goes on and on. Every home is different, so a CMA will show price adjustments for allotted differences in homes. These price adjustments will be made for each home being compared to your home in order to give you the most accurate fair market value.
Simply fill out the form, hit send, and you will receive a CMA for your home within 8 business hours! If your request is made after 5pm on Friday, it will be processed the following Monday.
